Mali's interim prime minister Diango Cissoko's, who was given the job by the military after his predecessor was arrested and forced to resign, has formed a new government. The announcement of Diango Cissoko's cabinet, made late Saturday, sees some key positions, including the Defence Ministry, assigned to figures linked to Captain Amadou Sanogo, who led a coup against the elected president in March, according to a report of DPA. Former prime minister Cheick Modibo Diarra was forced by the military to resign earlier this week and was held in detention for a night.
