Egyptians Begin Voting On Constitution, President Morsi Casts His Ballot

Polling places opened Saturday in 10 of Egypt's provinces in the first round of a referendum on a draft constitution.
President Mohammad Morsi cast his ballot at a school in the eastern Cairo district of Heliopolis, the Middle East News Agency (MENA) reported.
President Morsi was greeted by voters who queued up in large numbers at the school amid tight security, the report said.
