Russian President arrives in Turkey

Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in the Turkish city of Istanbul today on a one day state visit to Turkey.
During his brief visit, Putin is scheduled to co-chair with Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan the meeting of the Turkish Russian Higher Cooperation Council and hold a press conference to brief reporters on the outcome of the meeting.
