The U.N. General Assembly Tuesday voted overwhelmingly to adopt a resolution that condemns the Syrian government's brutal crackdown against those who oppose the rule of President Bashar Al-Assad. In a vote of the General Assembly's third committee, which deals with human rights, 132 countries voted in favor of the condemnation, while 12 countries voted against, and 35 abstained.
