Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, has sent a cable of congratulations to President Bujar Nishani of Albania on his country's Independence Day.
In his cable, the Crown Prince wished the President continuous health and happiness and his people steady progress and prosperity.
