Negotiators from 194 countries will next week meet in Qatar to discuss a global climate deal for 2020 and extend carbon emission limits set under the Kyoto Protocol. According to dpa, the United Nations climate talks in Doha aim to frame a climate deal to be adopted in 2015 as agreed at talks last year in Durban, South Africa. Countries will have until 2020 to ratify the new agreement on cutting down green house emissions.
