Hail Governor Inaugurates Orphans Center, Lays Foundation For Literary Club

Prince Saud bin Abdul Mohsen bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Hail Region, patronized yesterday the inauguration ceremony of Dr. Nasser Al-Rashid Center for Orphans in the presence of Minister of Social Affairs Dr. Yousef Othaimeen.
He also laid the foundation stone of Hail Literary Club project, which was followed by a ceremony that featured a number of speeches on the occasion.
