The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud arrived today evening at King Abdulaziz Medical City for the National Guard in Riyadh to undergo a surgery to treat the looseness at the conjoining cord in the upper back. Upon his arrival, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques was received by Prince Mishaal bin Abdulaziz, Chief of Allegiance-Pledge Commission; Prince Faisal bin Mohammed bin Saud Al-Khabeer; Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz, Envoy and Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques; Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Tabuk Region; Prince Metib bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Minister of the State, Member of the Cabinet and Commander of the National Guard; Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior; and a number of princes and senior officials. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques was accompanied by Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense; Prince Abdul-Illah bin Abdulaziz, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques; Prince Faisal bin Abdullah bin Mohammed, Minister of Education; Prince Khalid bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz; Prince Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs; Prince Mishaal bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Najran Region; sons of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and a number of princes.
