AlHijjah 27, 1433, Nov 12, 2012, SPA - Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Thinayyan, the President of Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu and Chairman of Board of Directors of Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) opened here yesterday evening the 10th Technological Meeting organized by the Corporation in the presence of more than 600 industrial and technological officials from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and abroad. Addressing the four-day meeting, the Prince commended the continual efforts made by the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud in the acquisition of technology and its indigenization in all facilities and institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He noted that SABIC has now more than 8,000 patents, and provides 150 new products annually.
