Palestinians: Three Killed, 15 Injured in Israeli Tank Shelling

AlHijjah 25, 1433, Nov 10, 2012, SPA -- At least three people were killed and 15 injured in Israeli tank shelling in the Gaza Strip on Saturday, Palestinian medics said.
According to dpa, the medics said the shelling took place in an area to the east of Gaza City. The Israeli Defense Force did not immediately comment.
Witnesses said civilians were among the victims.
The tank reportedly opened fire after militant Palestinians attacked a Israeli patrol along the Israel-Gaza border.
