AlHijjah 16, 1433, Nov 1, 2012, SPA -- Prince Miteb bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Minister of State, Cabinet Member and Commander of National Guard paid a visit this evening to the injured in the accident of a gas tanker explosion, which occurred east of the city of Riyadh and were admitted to King Abdulaziz Medical City (KAMC) - National Guard. During his visit, Prince Miteb bin Abdullah conveyed condolences of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for families and relatives of the deceased and wished the injured a speedy recovery. He also asserted that the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques is closely following up cases of the injured as a result of the tragic accident, directing all concerned officials to provide full medical care for them. At KAMC, Prince Miteb bin Abdullah was also briefed on the cases of 69 injured (citizens and residents) admitted to KAMC's Emergency Department, where they were offered superior medical care. Twenty Four of the 69 wounded, discharged after receiving the necessary medical care and the rest are still receiving treatment.
