Khelaiwi, Commander of Hajj Security Forces, gave an account on the plan of his forces which control the movement of pedestrians and traffic inside the grand mosque and its vicinity before ascending them to Mina in two lanes. He said his authority has forged detailed plans to manage the crowds, particularly in the Jamarat area. He said this year they are going to enforce instructions barring holding personal luggage or lying on the ground outside regular shelters. The great projects introduced in Makkah and the other holy places this year would definitely contribute to controlling the crowds movement as well as vehicles, he added. He concluded that no plan would be 100 percent successful without the cooperation of the beneficiaries. --More
