AlHijjah 7, 1433, Oct 23, 2012, SPA -- Crown Prince Salman bin Abdul-Aziz, the Deputy Premier and Minister of Defense, has sent a cable of congratulations to Zambia's President Michael Sata on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.
In his cable, the Crown Prince wished the President permanent good health and happiness and his people steady progress and prosperity.
