Roadside bomb kills 19 Afghans, including children

Hijjah 2, 1433, October 18, 2012, SPA -- Nineteen people attending a wedding party were killed Friday when their vehicle detonated a roadside bomb in northern Afghanistan, an official said Friday according to dpa.
The incident took place in the Dawlatabad district of Balkh province, said Sediq Sediqqi, spokesman for the Interior Ministry.
He said the dead included children.
