AlHijjah 2, 1433, Oct 18, 2012, SPA -- Crown Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense, has sent a cable of congratulations to Prime Minister Ali Zaidan Mohammed Zidan of Libya on his election as Prime Minister.
In his cable, the Crown Prince wished the Prime Minister permanent good health and happiness and the people of Libya steady progress and prosperity.
