Six Killed in Northeast China Building Collapse

AlQa'dah 29, 1433, Oct 15, 2012, SPA -- Six people have been confirmed dead and two injured after an office building collapsed Monday in northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, rescuers said.
The accident happened at about 7:50 a.m. when the eastern wing of a four-story office building undergoing renovation suddenly fell apart, burying at least eight people, Xinhua reported.
The two wounded people are receiving treatment at a local hospital and their injuries are not life-threatening. The rescue and search work has basically come to an end and the cause of the accident is under probe.
