AlQa'dah 25, 1433, Oct 11, 2012, SPA -- The chief of investigations at the US embassy in Yemen was Thursday killed when gunmen riding a motorcycle shot at his car in the capital Sana'a, dpa cited local media as reporting. The assailants intercepted the car of Qassem Aqlan, a Yemeni national, fired on him and fled the scene, reported the Yemeni website Barakish. Net, citing a security source. Aqlan had worked for 20 years in the embassy and acted as a coordinator between the mission and the Yemeni government, added the source. No one claimed responsibility for the assault.
