AP Officials Visit Saudi Television

AlQa'dah 22, 1433, Oct 8, 2012, SPA -- The Senior Vice President of the Associated Press (AP) Daisy Veerasingham and the Director of AP Middle East Department Qasim Mohammed Hassan visited today the Saudi Television where they met with the Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Culture and Information for Television Affairs Dr. Sulaiman bin Mohammed Al-Eidi.
During the meeting, they discussed means of enhancing bilateral cooperation in exchanging news services. Dr. Al-Eidi expressed keenness of the Saudi Television on broadcasting all Hajj rituals live from Makkah. For her part, Veerasingham expressed happiness to visit the Saudi Television describing cooperation with the Saudi Television as important.
Meanwhile, Veerasingham met with the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Culture and Information for International Cultural Relations Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Hazza.
During the meeting, they discussed a number of issues pertaining to the development of bilateral cooperation.
