Turkey resumes shelling on Syrian areas

AlQa'dah 18, 1433, Oct 4, 2012, SPA -- Turkey on Thursday resumed artillery strikes on a
Syrian area near its border, a day after a deadly Syrian mortar
attack on Turkey, dpa quoted activists in the region as saying.
"At least five Turkish shells landed near the Tal Abyad area,
where the Syrian regime's army maintains posts," said Rami Idlibi, a Syrian
activist in the northern province of Idlib.
