AlQa'dah 15, 1433, Oct 1, 2012, SPA -- Two Dutch parties in talks to form the next coalition government said on Monday they had agreed to cancel two unpopular austerity measures. According to dpa, Caretaker Prime Minister Mark Rutte of the Liberal Party (VVD) and Labor Party leader Diederik Samsom have decided to scrap a planned tax on money paid by employers to cover their workers' travel costs as well as plans to impose fines on students who take too long to complete their studies. The austerity measures were designed to bring the Dutch budget deficit within levels demanded by the European Union.
