AlQa'dah 10, 1433, Sep 26, 2012, SPA -- The Council of Social Affairs Ministers of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Members States started here today the meetings of its 29th session under the chairmanship of the Minister of Social Affairs, Dr. Yousef bin Ahmad Al-Othaimeen. In his opening speech, Dr. Al-Othaimeen stressed that the latest developments at regional and international arenas have impacts and reflections on GCC societies which required us to find out joint mechanisms to deal with these developments. The meeting will discuss a number of issues pertaining to the social affairs in the GCC Member States.
