Deputy Minister of Finance Dr. Hamad bin Sulaiman Al-Bazai' met here today with Deputy Secretary of United States Treasury Department Neal Wolin, who is currently visiting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. During the meeting, they discussed the bilateral relations between the two countries, especially in economic fields and ways of their enhancement, the issue of Deauville Partnership to support Arab countries, the keenness of the two countries to follow up the works of this partnership, and the Kingdom's recent developmental support for Yemen. Dr. Al-Bazai' expressed the Kingdom's keenness to support the stability of Yemen, pointing to the donors' conference held recently in Riyadh during which Kingdom announced substantial assistance to Yemen. For his part, the U.S. Treasury Deputy Secretary thanked the Kingdom for its efforts in supporting the stability of the economies of Arab countries.
