21st Session of The Human Rights Council Begins in Geneva

The 21st Regular Session of Human Rights Council began here today with the participation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Dr. Abdulwahab Attar, Saudi ambassador and permanent representative to the United Nations in Geneva, led his country's delegation.
In a key speech during the opening session, Secretary General of the United Nations Ban Ki Moon expressed regret for not implementing the decisions of the Human Rights Council regarding the Syrian crisis.
