Niger's interior minister says that some of the international aid intended for the victims of recent floods has been stolen, according to AP. Abdou Labo told reporters Saturday that "at several of the sites where we are housing displaced people, we have determined that the food aid and the products (sent there) did not arrive in their entirety."
