Slow start in Angola elections

Grumpy voters waited impatiently outside unopened polling stations an hour after voting was to start Friday in legislative elections expected to return the ruling party to power along with Angola's ruler for 33 years, Jose Eduardo dos Santos, AP reported.
Some 9.7 million voters are registered to participate in legislative elections in this country rich in oil and diamonds.
