Based on his country's constitution and the principles of the GCC initiative on political reconciliation in Yemen, President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi issued three decisions today, appointing 13 judges in the Supreme Court, a host of chief courts in four provinces and transferring 78 chiefs and members of appeal courts and 22 appeal prosecutors throughout the country.
