At least 13 militants were killed when jet fighters attacked their hideouts in Pakistan's north-western region, official said Saturday. The airstrikes targeted the Momazai area of Orakzai, one of seven tribal districts, according to a report DPA. A security official said at least four militants hideouts were destroyed in the attack that lasted for more than an hour. "We have credible information that 13 militants who were present in the targeted area were killed," he said. He added that ground forces dispatched to the area after the airstrikes retrieved arms and ammunition.
