A number of scholars have commended the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for its honorable positions in the enhancement of Islamic solidarity and its works to unify the ranks of Muslims and resolve their differences. In statements to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), they noted that the Extraordinary Islamic Solidarity Summit due to be hold in Makkah in response to the call of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, will result in practical recommendations to address many pressing issues of the Muslim world. The scholars included Secretary General of Supreme Council of Magistracy Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Yahya, Member of High Court Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al-Homaid, and Chief of Appeal Court and Member of High Court Sheikh Dr. Saleh bin Abdulrahman bin Suleiman Al-Muhaimid.
