Interior Minister receives Director of the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees

Prince Ahmad bin Abdulaziz, the Interior Minister, received in Jeddah yesterday evening Director of the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries Didha Omran.
Omran briefed the Interior Minister on the situation of Syrian refugees in Jordan, Lebanon and Turkey and their needs.
During the meeting, Prince Ahmad bin Abdulaziz stressed keenness of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to provide all help and assistance to the brothers of the people of Syria.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Director of the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries praised efforts by the Kingdom in humanitarian fields.
