Kuwaiti Foreign Minister receives message from his German counterpart

Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, Kuwait's Deputy Premier, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs has received a message from German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle.
