A Russian Soyuz spacecraft carrying three new crew members docked with the International Space Station (ISS) Tuesday after a two-day trip, Interfax news agency quoted the Moscow control centre as saying. "The docking manoeuvre took place automatically at the planned time," said a control centre spokesman. Russia's Yury Malenchenko, Sunita Williams from the US and Japanese astronaut Akihito Hoshide are to spend six months conducting experiments aboard the ISS, which is in orbit 350 kilometres above the earth, according to a report of DPA.
