Tunisian President Moncef Al-Marzouki will start on Tuesday his first official visit to France lasting three days during which he will meet senior French officials. A statement of the Presidency of the Republic of Tunisia issued here last night said Al-Marzouki will have key talks with his French counterpart, Francois Hollande, on prospective bilateral cooperation and issues as regards political developments in Tunisia. The Tunisian President is also scheduled to deliver a speech at the French National Assembly and meet with a number of French businessmen. France is the top economic partner of Tunisia and bilateral cooperation includes the areas of health, education, environment, energy, agriculture and tourism. It is worth mentioning that the number of the Tunisian community in France now totals 600,000 Tunisians.
