Qatar has strongly denounced the brutal massacre in which dozens of children, women, men, and elders were killed in the Syrian town of Altraimsah yesterday, calling on world countries and UN organizations to carry out their political and humanitarian responsibilities to stop the tragedy that the Syrian people have experienced for 16 months. In a statement, Qatar News Agency said Qatar's government and people received the massacre news with deep sadness and sorrow. Qatar also demanded for an immediate and serious investigation into the incident, noting that the international leniency to stop such massacres in Syria in the past has led to their repetition by the Syrian regime, the statement added.
