The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud received at his palace here today evening Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and President Morsi held talks session, during which the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques welcomed President Morsi and his accompanying delegation, wishing them a pleasant stay in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The King also congratulated President Morsi on assuming his post as President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, praying to Allah Almighty to help him in serving his religion and country. For his part, President Morsi expressed thanks to and appreciation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for his kind invitation to visit the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and for the warm reception and generous hospitality he received, conveying the greetings of Egyptian people to the King. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and President Morsi discussed means of enhancing cooperation between the two countries in various fields to serve the interests of the two countries and their peoples. The talks also dealt with regional and international developments and the position of the two brotherly countries towards them. The audience and talks session were attended by Prince Turki bin Abdulaziz; Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense; Prince Khaled Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Makkah Region; Prince Abdul-Ilah bin Abdulaziz, Advisor to the King; Prince Ahmad bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior; Prince Miqren bin Abdulaziz, Chief of General Intelligence; Prince Miteb bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Minister of State, Member of the Cabinet, Commander of the National Guard; Prince Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs; and a number of officials.
