44 Ships Cross Waterway of Suez Canal

About 44 ships crossed the waterway of Suez Canal, in the two directions with a loading tonnage of over 2.46 million tons.
In a press statement released here today, the Suez Canal Authority said that 22 ships carrying a payload of over 1.15 million tons have sailed the waterway northwards, while the remaining 22 ships with a shipping load of over 1.30 million tons headed southwards.
