Speaker of the Algerian Peoples Council (parliament) Dr. Mohammed Al-Arabi Ould Khalifa received at his office in Algiers today Dr. Sami bin Abdullah Al-Saleh, the Saudi ambassador to Algeria, who conveyed to him the congratulations of the Speaker of Shura Council of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al Al-Shiekh on his being chosen Speaker of Algerian parliament and his country's independence anniversary. During the meeting, they underscored the importance of enhancing parliamentary cooperation between the two countries and activation of visit exchanges between senior officials of the two chambers. For his part, Al-Saleh extended congratulations to the Algerian people on this beloved memory, wishing Algeria every stability and progress.
