Cyprus plans to borrow money from Russia in addition to bailout requests from the European Union and the International Monetary Fund (IMF), President Demetris Christofias said Thursday, saying Moscow could offer better loan terms. "We can combine both," Christofias told a group of foreign journalists in Nicosia, according to dpa.
