Sweden has raised the security level at its nuclear power plants after explosives were found on a truck at the southwestern Ringhals atomic power station, AP reported. The government forensic agency said the "explosive materials," which had no igniting device, were found in a routine check Wednesday at an industrial site near the power plant. Police spokesman Tommy Nyman said Thursday they were investigating possible sabotage but had no suspects. Sweden has 10 nuclear reactors providing about half of the country's electricity. Four reactors are at Ringhals, which is controlled by energy companies Vattenfall and E.ON.
