SR 200 Million Tokyo Marine Development Cooperative Insurance Firm Formed In Riyadh

The Minister of Commerce and Industry, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah approved today the establishment of Riyadh-based Tokyo Marine Development Company for cooperative insurance with a capital of SR 200 million as a joint stock company.
The capital is split into shares; the nominal value of a share is SR 10. The company' shares have been subscribed 70% by partners, and 30% are offered for public subscription.
The Minister's approval came within the framework of the State's policy to enhance economic activities in various sectors.
