The Arab-Australian Business Forum was opened today in Sydney. The event is organized by the Australian-Arab Chamber of Commerce. More than 250 delegates from Australia and Arab countries are participating in the forum. A delegation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is participating in the two-day event, which includes Deputy Saudi ambassador to Australia Reza bin Abdul-Mohsen Al-Nazha and member of Majlis Al-Shura Engineer Osama Kurdi. Speaking on the occasion, Al-Nazha highlighted the importance of the Forum in promoting Australia's trade and economic relations with Saudi Arabia, other member countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and the Arab world. He also pointed to the attention of Australian companies and businessmen to promote investments in Saudi Arabia and the rest of the GCC countries, which will reflect positively on the strengthening of relations between the two sides.
