The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has lauded the positive promising outcomes achieved by Nitaqat Program, a project enforced by the Ministry of Labor to employ as many Saudi female and male job-seekers in the private sector as possible. In a reply cable to Minister of Labor Adel bin Mohammed Faqih, the King lauded the positive outcomes achieved in the field of employment of Saudi female and male job-seekers within the new program which was launched officially in Shawwal 1432H. In less than one year, 250,000 female and male Saudis were employed, the Minister's report said, adding that as many as 45,000 female job-seekers were employed during seven months and 71,000 females were employed in the private sector. It has been noticed that the number of companies in the green and premium categories increased where the number of companies in the yellow and red categories decreased, the monarch said.
