Joint U.N.-Arab League Envoy Annan Meets President Al-Assad

Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad met here today Joint U.N.-Arab League Envoy Kofi Annan.
Annan arrived here yesterday to discuss with senior Syrian officials a mission of international observers and six-point plan in light of the continuing and increasing acts of violence in Syria's regions and cities.
