Sheikh Sabah Alahamed Aljaber Alsabah, Emir of Kuwait, met here today with visiting Albanian President Bamir Topi and the accompanying delegation. During the meeting, bilateral relations between the two countries and ways of enhancing them in different fields in addition to issues of mutual concern were discussed.
