The chief executive of Swedish defence group Saab said Friday that he believed his mobile phone had been tapped in connection with the company's efforts to sell fighter jets to Switzerland, dpa reported. Switzerland in November announced a preliminary decision to buy 22 JAS Gripen jets from Saab after considering offers from among others French group Dassault that makes the Rafale jets. Buskhe declined to speculate who was responsible for the taps as well as leaked reports to Swiss media that alleged that the JAS Gripen fighter did not meet the specifications set up by the Swiss air force. -- SPA
