RIYADH: A person on the Kingdom's most-wanted list of 47 terrorists has informed the authorities that he wants to turn himself in, said the Ministry of Interior. Khalid Hadhal Abdullah Al-Atifi Al-Qahtani took the initiative to telephone the security authorities expressing his desire to get help and return to the nation, said Maj. Gen. Mansour Al-Turki, security spokesman for the Ministry of Interior. Arrangements are being made to facilitate his return and reunite him with his family in the Kingdom. The security spokesman said Al-Qahtani would be treated according to the procedures being followed in such cases. Also, the authorities will take into consideration his initiative to surrender. Al-Turki reiterated the ministry's call for all wanted persons to come to their senses and take the initiative to surrender. The ministry announced the list of 47 most-wanted persons on Jan. 9, 2011.
