BURAIDAH: James Smith, the US Ambassador to the Kingdom, visited businessman Ahmad Bin Abdullah Al-Twaijri's farm, where the two men discussed date production and development in Qassim Region. Al-Twaijri gave Smith a glimpse of Al-Qassim's economy, its history and its vast changes over the years. Smith and his accompanying delegation had dinner prepared for the occasion, in the presence of Ahmad Al-Sultan, secretary of Qassim Region, and a number of notable people, businessmen and academics.
