Qunfudha are investigating seven teenagers accused of raping a minor at weapon-point and leaving him unconscious after filming the act. Bajad Al-Otaibi, deputy head of Al-Qunfudha Police, said that documents for the case were still incomplete.”The accused have in accordance with the law been released on bail until they stand trial, a date for which has not yet been set,” he said. The father of the victim has submitted a complaint to the police, the Emir's Office in Makkah and the HRC seeking justice for his son. The boy was reportedly lured to an open area by the teenagers and threatened with a weapon before being raped. He was left naked and unconscious at the scene of the crime.
