LIVERPOOL: Master Minded made a stylish return to form by outclassing reigning champion Albertas Run in cruising to victory in the Melling Chase at Aintree Friday. Jockey Ruby Walsh produced an assured ride as the horse established a perfect position heading into the final two hurdles before pulling clear down the straight, winning the day's big race by seven lengths. Albertas Run came second after being pushed hard by jockey Tony McCoy for much of the final stages. Of the 30 horses, 14 fell jumping the fences.
