RIYADH: Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) announced Sunday that it has cut its international call rates up to 50 percent for all its postpaid subscribers beside charging 20 halalas/min for local calls (ON NET). The new offer comes as part of Mobily efforts to keep its subscribers inside the Kingdom connected with all their families and friends outside the Kingdom. The company said that customers who wish to subscribe to the international calls services should send an SMS to 1100 with the word "IDD", a SR5 monthly fee will be added to their invoice. Mobily added that the discount is valid for all international calls, including favorite numbers, except for the following countries: Ethiopia, Afghanistan, Somalia, Senegal, San Marino, Austria, Zimbabwe, Sierra Leon, Madagascar, Lichtenstein, and Sao Tome and Principe. All the postpaid subscribers can benefit from the offer excluding "Raqi" subscribers, Mobily said in a statement. Mobily today has many international roaming agreements with all countries around the world in terms of 3G postpaid and prepaid packages, MMS and video calling as well.
