Faisal, Minister of Foreign Affairs, passed on a letter from King Abdullah to Muhammad Tantawi, Chairman of the Egyptian Supreme Council of the Armed Forces, during a meeting in Cairo Saturday. The letter from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques addressed bilateral relations and coordination between the two countries in various fields with particular attention to the Arab World in the current period, which, the letter said, most required “coordination and clarity of vision between countries with good relations like the Kingdom and Egypt”. Prince Saud also met Saturday with the Secretary General of the Arab League Amr Moussa to discuss developments in the Arab World and increased efforts and coordination between Arab countries. The meetings signaled an end to Prince Saud's two-day visit to Cairo.
